Little Island

In 2015, as executive architect, Standard Architects worked with Heatherwick studio and landed the project of Pier55-Hudson River Park, a magnificent land on the river that will revitalize a part of Hudson River Park with three acres of new public park space featuring lush greenery and a diverse array of world-class arts, educational and community programming. A green belt of more than 100 species of trees will mesh with public art installations to bring a fresh new look to the waterfront. A shared space for innovative new arts, educational and community events with three unique performance spaces including a waterfront. it will be an iconic new landmark for the city and a unique new park space for all New Yorkers.
